Israeli forces raid Nablus and Jenin, surround homes and continue major incursion in Kafr Qaddum

Israeli forces have continued since dawn today a large-scale raid of the town of Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, sealing its entrances, turning homes into military barracks, smashing their contents and stealing some property.

Israeli forces arrested Murad Shtaywi, director of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority, after raiding his home in Kafr Qaddum at dawn today, and continued to carry out further arrests during the ongoing incursion.

Local sources said Israeli forces informed the Palestinian liaison of a curfew in the town until 10 p.m.
In Nablus, Israeli forces arrested a man from the city on Thursday morning.

Local sources said several Israeli military vehicles raided Nablus, stormed a house on Tunis Street, searched it, ransacked its contents and arrested the young man Murad Imad al-Din Drouza.

The sources added that forces raided a building in the Rafidia area.
In Jenin, Israeli forces on Thursday arrested five young men from the city, four of them after surrounding a house in the eastern neighbourhood.

Local sources said Israeli forces arrested four young men after surrounding a house near the Khalid bin al-Walid Mosque and firing heavily at it.

They added that a fifth young man was arrested from the al-Kharouba neighbourhood of the city.
