Prime Minister discusses Gaza relief and reconstruction efforts with Swiss envoy

Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa discussed with the Swiss envoy to the Middle East and North Africa, Wolfgang Amadeus Brulehart, the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the role of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in the coming phase, particularly in relief, recovery and reconstruction.
The prime minister reviewed the government’s implementation plans, which include 56 operational programs covering 3,500 projects across various vital sectors, in addition to ongoing efforts to complete the updated damage assessment report for the Gaza Strip.
Dr. Mustafa praised Switzerland’s continued support for development efforts in Palestine and its recent joining of the emergency financing mechanism, which strengthens the international response to the difficult humanitarian and economic conditions in Gaza.
