Settlers storm Maqam Yusuf east of Nablus

Settlers stormed “Maqam Yusuf” in the eastern part of Nablus at dawn on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, and performed Talmudic rituals.

Local sources said dozens of settlers entered the eastern area of the city under the protection of Israeli forces, where they carried out Talmudic rites.

Israeli forces had raided the area ahead of the incursion accompanied by military bulldozers and fired stun grenades and tear gas, causing a number of residents in the area surrounding the shrine to suffer from suffocation after inhaling the toxic tear gas.
