Spanish prime minister: Ceasefire agreement does not mean impunity

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez said in an urgent statement today that a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip should not be a pretext for impunity.

Sánchez stressed that “the people who were the main perpetrators of the genocide committed in Gaza must be held accountable before international courts,” calling for justice and for those responsible for crimes against civilians to be prosecuted.
