Who is Ayman Sadr, aka Rasul Muhammad al-Daif?
Al-Khamisa News Network - Gaza

Ayman Sidr, one of the prominent field commanders of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades in the West Bank, was described as “Rasoul Muhammad al-Dayif” and played a pivotal role in building bridges of coordination between the resistance in Gaza and the West Bank in the early 1990s.
He began his militant career at an early age and was arrested in 1995 at the Erez crossing while returning from Gaza to Jerusalem. He was later sentenced to life imprisonment plus 30 years on charges related to carrying out and coordinating fedayeen operations against the occupation; Israeli authorities classified him as one of the most dangerous prisoners in their jails.
Sidr was responsible for transferring fighters Issam Johari and Hassan Abbas from Gaza to Jerusalem, where they carried out a shooting at the “Nahlat Shab’ah” café in response to the Ibrahimi Mosque massacre. He also provided a weapon to fighter Ayman Radi, who carried out an attack at the central bus station in Jerusalem.
He helped recruit and train groups of young men in Gaza within the ranks of the al-Qassam Brigades, then returned them to the West Bank to carry out fedayeen operations.
He was recently released in the “Tufan al-Ahrar” deal after 28 years in captivity.
