Abu Obaida: The occupation will pay for its aggression, enemy prisoners at the heart of the battle

Al-Qassam Brigades spokesman Abu Ubaida said in a new statement that the occupation’s criminal plans to occupy the Gaza Strip “will be a disaster for its political and military leadership,” stressing that the Israeli army will pay the price of this venture “with the blood of its soldiers,” and that these plans “will increase the chances of capturing new soldiers, God willing.”

He added: “Our fighters are in a state of full alert and high readiness, and their morale is at its peak. They will present outstanding examples of heroism and will teach the invaders harsh lessons, God willing.”

Abu Ubaida accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his ministers of “making a deliberate decision to reduce the number of living enemy captives by half, and to ensure that most of their bodies disappear forever,” holding the Israeli government and its army “fully responsible for the fate of the enemy captives.”

He confirmed that the Al-Qassam Brigades will preserve the occupation’s captives “as much as possible,” explaining that they will be “with the fighters in the places of combat, sharing with them the same living conditions and risks,” and stressing that any captive killed “will be announced by name and photo and with proof of his killing” if they are targeted during military operations.
