Hamas condemns Israeli occupation’s massacre in Al-Nasr neighbourhood, calls for urgent international action

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said on Saturday that the Israeli army carried out “a new massacre” in the al-Nasr neighborhood west of Gaza City, after a strike hit a bakery crowded with Palestinians, killing at least 12 people and wounding dozens, including women and children.
In a statement on Saturday, the movement said that what is taking place across all areas of the Gaza Strip — massacres and destruction, siege and starvation — is a recurring episode of a policy of genocide and systematic ethnic cleansing being carried out by the occupation government, with U.S. political and military cover, and in full view of the world.
The movement called on the international community and countries that reject the crimes of the occupation government and its blatant violations of international law to intensify their measures and actions against Israel.
It also urged the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations and people of conscience worldwide to escalate popular pressure to stop the extermination, in all public squares and capitals, until the carnage in the Gaza Strip ends.
