Israel pays U.S. influencers thousands of dollars to post pro-Israel content

U.S. Justice Department files related to the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) revealed that the government of “إسرائيل” paid U.S. influencers directly, without registering them as foreign agents, as part of a paid campaign to advance “إسرائيل”’s interests in the United States.
Documents show the campaign, called “مشروع إستر”, had a budget of about $900,000 between June and December 2025, paying influencers to publish 25–30 posts per month, directed according to Israeli directives.
Influencers participating in the program work for the Israeli public relations firm “بريدج بارتنرز” (a limited liability company), which would make them in violation of the U.S. Foreign Agents Registration Act.
The documents indicate funds were transferred from the Israeli Foreign Ministry to “هافاس”, the German branch of “بريدج بارتنرز”, and then to the U.S. company itself, with the budget covering additional setup and onboarding expenses.
Two Israelis are listed as owners of the company, Ori Steinberg and Yair Levy. Ori Steinberg’s LinkedIn profile indicates he worked at the Israeli Ministry of Tourism for 11 years before founding his own company in 2018, and some Israeli tourism firms are sometimes used as cover for security operations.
“بريدج بارتنرز” has a local address in southeast Washington, with no other records apart from its FARA registration.
It is reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent meeting with U.S. religious influencers was part of this program, organized by the group “جين صهيون” and its affiliate “مشروع فيلوس”, with many attendees belonging to one or both of those Christian organizations.
U.S. law requires any influencer working under the direction of a foreign government and receiving money from it to register as a foreign agent, but this Israeli campaign ignored that legal obligation, while some U.S. companies and figures have recently registered as foreign agents to carry out similar activities on behalf of “اسرائيل”.
