Israeli Army Radio quoted a security source as saying that the bodies of Hamas political bureau chief Yahya Sinwar and his brother, senior movement leader Mohammed Sinwar, will not be handed over as part of the deal.
Hamas spokesman Hazem said Israel is trying to manipulate the timings, the lists and some of the agreed steps, explaining that Israel is still hedging on issues of withdrawal, prisoner lists and the return of displaced people.
The Hamas spokesman said Israel must adhere to what was agreed and called on mediators to pressure it.
He added that, according to what they understood from the mediators, the agreement is the beginning of ending the campaign of annihilation against the Gaza Strip.
He confirmed that all captives, alive and dead, will be handed over in the first phase of the agreement.
Haaretz quoted a political source saying the army will complete the first phase of the partial withdrawal within the first 24 hours of implementing the agreement.
It said the partial withdrawal of the Israeli army will take place before the release of the live hostages.
It added that after the partial withdrawal the United States will issue a statement confirming the completion of the procedures.
It confirmed that the living captives will be returned within 72 hours of the completion of the first phase of the withdrawal.
