Israeli bombing targets dozens of civilians in Gaza amid a stifling food crisis.

Israeli warplanes continued their bombardment of various areas in the Gaza Strip on Sunday, leaving hundreds dead and wounded, amid the ongoing tragedy of famine and malnutrition.
Medical sources reported that more than 62 civilians have been killed since dawn on Sunday, including 41 near aid distribution centers. The Ministry of Health recorded seven new deaths due to famine, bringing the total number of victims to 258, including 110 children.
Three civilians were killed in the Al-Daraj neighborhood of Gaza City as a result of shelling targeting displaced people, while five others were injured near the Al-Shifa Medical Complex west of the city. Six civilians were also killed in the northern Gaza Strip and eight others were injured while waiting for aid. In the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of the city, three civilians were killed, including a couple from the Murtaja family, amid continued bombing of homes with explosives.
In Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, 38 civilians, most of them aid-seekers, were killed. Airstrikes also targeted residential buildings north of the city. In the central Gaza Strip, three civilians were killed in the Bureij refugee camp, while a woman was killed and others were injured near the Shaqaqi Mosque in the Nuseirat refugee camp.
The Ministry of Health's statistical report showed that the death toll from the Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has reached 61,944 martyrs and 155,886 injuries , while the number of martyrs since March 18, 2025, has reached 10,400 martyrs and 43,845 injuries , including 1,938 aid martyrs and more than 14,420 injuries.
