The board of the Palestinian Contractors Union should take an urgent strategic step by forming a team of top national talents from members of the General Assembly in both parts of the homeland, and should request a meeting, in person or via videoconference, with the Palestine Monetary Authority to discuss establishing a strong, sustainable partnership with national contracting companies to advance the construction sector, and to enable our national firms to lead the reconstruction of Gaza by Palestinian hands in all administrative, financial and implementation aspects.
This initiative represents a historic moment for the Palestinian economy, an opportunity to rebuild the homeland and demonstrate the ability of our national companies to compete and lead on local and international projects. It would also open new horizons for the Palestinian economy, enabling it to expand globally by carrying out projects across Arab and Western countries, reflecting a strategic and effective national vision that embodies Palestinian ambition and the will to build and develop.
Now is more suitable than ever to take a bold, patriotic step that puts the Palestinian economy on the path to sustainable development and regional and international leadership, proving that Palestine can recover and rise despite all challenges.
