Sharm el-Sheikh summit: More than 20 countries to meet next Monday to seek an end to Gaza war

The Egyptian presidency announced that an international summit will be held in Sharm el-Sheikh under the name “Peace Summit”.

The summit will be chaired by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi alongside President Donald Trump, and leaders from 20 countries will participate.

The statement said: “The summit aims to end the war in the Gaza Strip, strengthen efforts to achieve peace and stability in the Middle East, and open a new chapter of regional security and stability.” Israel will not take part in the summit.

It was announced that the signing of the Middle East peace plan, within the framework of the leaders’ summit organized by President Donald Trump, will take place next Monday from 2:30 to 4:25 p.m. Palestine time at the International Conference Centre in Sharm el-Sheikh.
