Tadamun: Bodies of slain Palestinians handed over by Israeli forces document torture and field executions

شبكة الخامسة للأنباء - غزة

The International Institution for Solidarity with Palestinian Prisoners “Tadamon” said the photographs documenting the bodies of martyrs that the International Committee of the Red Cross handed over to the Gaza Ministry of Health constitute conclusive evidence that the occupation army committed torture and field executions against Palestinians during the assault on the Strip.

The group said the bodies shown in the images bear signs of binding, torture, burns and mutilation, alongside direct wounds to the head and chest, which clearly point to unlawful field killings and a blatant violation of the Geneva Conventions and the Rome Statute that established the International Criminal Court.

It added that what these scenes reveal aligns with reports from Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, which have documented systematic patterns of torture, enforced disappearance and deliberate killings in Israeli detention sites such as Sde Teiman, Atzion and Ramla.

“Tadamon” called for an urgent international investigation under UN supervision and the prosecution of those responsible, saying the abuses against Palestinian detainees are not isolated incidents but a systematic policy of slow extermination.
