Delyani: Genocidal state uses digital lies as a weapon to justify its crimes to the world

Dmitri Delyani, a member of the Revolutionary Council and spokesman for the Democratic Reform Current within the Fatah movement, said that “the Israeli extermination army has turned digital technology into a tool to falsify human consciousness, producing fabricated ‘evidence’ to justify its crimes and to turn crimes of extermination into an internationally acceptable political narrative.”

Delyani explained that investigations carried out with the participation of research centers and independent media platforms revealed at least forty-three filmed scenes fabricated by the Israeli occupation army since the start of the war of extermination in October 2023 in Gaza. They relied on 3D materials purchased from commercial libraries that included images of car parks in the state of Washington, scenes from the Scottish Maritime Museum, and materials from video games. These clips were used to design fictitious scenes claiming the existence of resistance infrastructure beneath hospitals, schools and residential neighborhoods, which the occupation later used as a pretext to bomb them and turn them into mass graves in which thousands of civilians from our people were exterminated.

Delyani added that what happened at Al-Shifa Hospital represented the peak of this fabrication, saying the state of extermination relied on a forged clip to justify storming the largest medical facility in Gaza, destroying it and assassinating its medical staff and patients inside, then spread the same lie to hospitals across the Strip to undermine the sector’s entire health system.

The spokesman for the Democratic Reform Current in Fatah concluded by asserting that the falsification of digital evidence is an institutionalized Israeli policy aimed at erasing the truth and reshaping reality to serve the continuation of extermination crimes and the siege, by manufacturing false narratives presented to the world with a technical veneer that beautifies a crime against humanity committed in full view of humanity.
